Please tell DCG in writing within seven days of the invoice date if you have any billing disputes with DCG. Charges that the Client does not contest within a week of the invoice date are assumed to be accepted. Payment shall not affect the Client’s ability to challenge charges, provided that the challenge is made in accordance with and within the timeframe outlined in this section. The parties agree to work together in good faith to settle disputes within thirty days of the argument being brought to DCG’s attention.

Instead, all of our IT Service programs are “month-to-month,” which means you stay with DCG Technical Solutions, LCC, as long as you continue to gain exceptional value and a high return on investment for your company.
