We do ask, though, in the event Client disputes any billing by DCG, Client shall notify DCG in writing within seven (7) days of the invoice date. Charges not disputed within seven (7) days of the invoice shall be deemed undisputed by Client. Payment shall not prejudice Client’s right to dispute charges, so long as they are disputed in the manner and within the time specified in this section. The parties will cooperate in good faith to resolve any such disputes within a thirty (30) day period after the dispute is submitted to DCG.
To further ease your mind about trying DCG Technical Solutions, Inc., please know that we do not insist on long term contracts. All of our IT Service programs are “month-to-month,” which means you continue with DCG Technical Solutions, Inc. only as long as you continue to receive incredible value and return on investment for your business.
